New project "Lose Weight along with the Star”

Hi! How are you? I feel so good! 

I was recently on tour and have already returned cheerfully. Everything is because I didn’t overeat there and every day took Reduxine. When I remember what it was before: trains-planes, receptions, restaurants…What to do? Only to eat! And so you’re eating as if it was The New Year Eve. And then in Moscow come to yourself for another one week trying to follow the fasting days. No, it’s better as it is now, eat as much you want, but you want just a little. 

You know, today I realized how it was nice to hear when somebody told that you got thin. As if it is the best compliment! Still, we, woman crumpets, are strange ones, we rejoice at such small things. So it s not a small thing, but a great goal. People say, to digress from any serious problems, go on a diet – and you will have something to think about and what to boast. Although you feel embarrassed with Reduxine sometimes because don t make any special effort, but still get thin.

Today in the cafe I saw one mom looking affectionately at a "very plump" daughter sitting next to her. The girl was eating a cream cake with an incredible appetite. Do you think I m jealous? No! You know, I remember myself in childhood. Could you imagine how children tease "buns" at school, how boys passing-by call them? There can be no question about love at all. I am so happy now that for the first time I decided to take myself in hand in 15 years. I attended dance classes and, indeed, I lost 10kg ...
