Medpred.ru: Why did you come to work in Promo-Med?

Kuznetsov: I ve
been working for quite a number of pharmaceutical companies, both Russian and
also a foreign company as well. By the time I was invited to Promo-Med, I has
been already acquainted with the most part of Promo-Med Saint-Petersburg team,
we ve been in touch when I was working for another company and thus I didn t
hesitate because I knew I could trust those people.

have confidence in its products?

Kuznetsov: I like the principles according to which the
Promo-Med has been working with their medication – it s a quite new approach:
very often generic companies make a 4-th or 5-th copy of a brand while
Promo-Med in contrast to any other sets itself the task (and successfully
implements it): introducing the first copy of the innovative medication after
its patent expires and creating a branded generic which is not only much better
priced (unlike ordinary generics) but also is, like ALL medications
manufactured by Promo-Med , better than the original: it either has a milder or

Medpred.ru: For example, why is Reduxine better than the original product?
Vyacheslav
Kuznetsov: For example, the Reduxine has
fewer side effects than the original drug, and thus reduces the risks and
contraindications, therefore, a group of patients who have prescribed such
medications - is much broader. Also, the effect of Reduxine is stronger and
more prolonged in comparison with the original. Such an effect Promo-Med has
achieved through the addition of active ingredient... Moreover, in contrast to
ordinary generic companies, Promo-Med carries out a big number of its own
clinical researches and obtains quite reliable data on the medication effect,
which means that Promo-Med s medications are tested very well in practice;
Promo-Med is a company with a rich history, and all that significantly raises
the level of trust to Promo-Med s medications among doctors. It s also
important to mention that Promo-Med always purchases substances of
highest quality, contrary to ordinary generic companies which often try to
drastically cut their expenses and buy cheap substances. Promo-Med really makes
its best and achieves the highest quality of its products and this is the
authentic "Gold standard". That is, I repeat, products of Promo-Med,
not only inferior in quality to the original, but even surpass it at the
expense of the best substance and the additional active ingredients that
enhance the action of the medicine. I also like how Promo-Med generally selects
the medications for themselves: these are drugs from the top ten (it would be
better to explain in what sense) they are always in demand by patients, they
are trusted by doctors, these drugs are always on the rumor. Moreover our
launches are quite awesome, starting from the essence of the medicine, its
package and up to support and PR: our marketing department always chooses major
events for doctors – conferences, symposia in capitals and other regions. We
hold contests for pharmacies. For example, we had a cute promotion idea related
to Neosmektin when drugstores distributed free coloring books among kids.

Promo-Med?

Kuznetsov: In Promo-Med there is a clear leadership
position in terms of setting goals, commitments and implement these promises.
The entire compensation package, which the company says about- is real,
feasible, and achievable.
Medpred.ru: What do you like in your colleagues?
Vyacheslav
Kuznetsov: I ve been working for this company for almost
three years and I really like people from Promo-Med team – they are all vivid
personalities, creative, independent, they have nothing in common with those
so-called "marketing robots" which sadly roam from office to office
and chanting memorized texts. You can t see a PERSON in them, there is no
personality. In contrast to such guys – my colleagues from Promo-Med simply
radiate happiness and friendliness. Doctors like us as well – we are good
friends with many doctors, sometimes even whole families make good friends.
