The project "Freelancers" started in Promo-Med
 In September 2009 in Promo-Med started the project" Freelancers "in support of the Russian government initiative to improve the situation in the field of employment and job placement of the unemployed specialists.
The project is dedicated to support young professionals affected by the job cuts in the pharmaceutical field in the last year. This is a great chance for young, energetic and motivated people to get job, education, professional experience and career growth in Promo- Med as a freelance medical representative.
All successful freelancers will be invited to move to the core staff of our company by the results of work.
Ten willing workers, including not only people with medical education and experience in the pharmaceutical business, have been taken on freelance in ten days.
We gave the opportunity to the students of the universities, people without working experience and expert medical representatives, who want to get into the Promo-Med main stable, to try their skills.
 Our new colleagues have already been actively involved into the company»s life from the first days of the month. The training of young specialists with more detailed individual approach to each “recruit” was organized by the results of the primary/initial study.
The Freelance project is pilot and has been launched only in Moscow as yet. We believe that its beginning is really successful and so we start this project in Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk from October 2009.
